Timex T80 Watch is back with a few updates

Going retro is the new thing. You may go retro all the way as an ode to the olden days. We are not saying you are that old but it is fun to walk down memory lane and reminisce the simpler days when you are young and when life was not complicated. Sometimes, you just need to remember the time when you were innocent, young, and maybe in love.

It is not difficult to go all nostalgic these days. Even if you do not have a box of memories because it got burned in the 90s, there are many products, movies, and TV shows being revived.

Just yesterday, we noted how the Nike Air Max LEBRON VII has been rehashed. It is not really “retro” because it is only a decade old but you get the point—old designs being made modern.

Timex Goes Retro

Timex joins the fun by launching the T80. The Timex T80 Digital Watch is a line of retro watches from the ’80s that has been given a modern touch. The revive T80 is looking really retro-modern. It is not a smartwatch, just an ordinary digital watch, so do not expect any smart features.

The only Timex watch we have featured here so far was the Timex x Nigel Cabourn Referee Watch back in July. It is nothing like the retro T80 because that one is very elegant. No, we are not saying that Timex T80 is not worthy to be found on your wrist. It simply is a class of its own.

All variants of the Timex T80 come in 34mm casing and stainless steel strap. You can choose between the bracelet watch or the expansion band watch. When it comes to colors, choose among these four: Black, Gold Tone, Silver Tone, and Bronze Tone.

Not Quite Old, Not Quite New

When it comes to pricing, the Timex T80 34mm Stainless Steel Expansion Band Watch is most affordable at only $59. The Timex T80 34mm Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch costs $65.

There is also a special edition for the true geeks– the Timex x Pac-Man T80 34mm Stainless Steel Expansion Band Watch. This one costs only $79.
